Introduction

A noble goal
A martial artist gifted with arcane powers of the draconic bloodline that runs strong in the family, Tietun Pulley,
left his home village to slay evil dragons of the world. Tietun himself is a descendant of a group of slaves that
escaped a red dragon's lair. Eventually making his way to Varjokivi, where he was hired as a mercenary to clear
out a dungeon.

Chaotic Stupid emerges
Using unorthodox methods of dungeoneering, such as shooting firebolts to measure distances and detect obstacles,
threatening party members with violence and other various eccentric activities, Tietun slowly progressed through the
dark dungeon that was discovered to by an ancient burial construct for Thanassia. The party found a coffin that
held inside a body pierced by a wooden stake at the chest with its head cut off. The head was mounted in the feet
of the corpse with its mouth filled with garlic. After defeating a few bats and a goblin vampire spawn, Tietun saw that
the best course of action would be to cremate the whole coffin and the corpse, releasing a vampire from its paralysis.

Discovery of the Soul Forge
Exploring deeper into the dungeon, the party defeated some zombies and skeletons guarding various chambers and
corridors, eventually finding a place called "Soul Forge" with misty ghosts seemingly producing something. There also
was an air elemental working the bellows to the forge. After the devious lawful evil character of the party pushed Tietun
into a freefall from the ceiling with no one holding the rope he was attached to, Torygg the Sorcerer-Barbarian used
a good deal of his primal might to halt the free fall of Tietun. It didn't take long for Tietun to discover that he was under
attack by a trio of aggressive shadowy ghosts. While dodging attacks mid-air using the rope, Tietun tried to strike a friendly
conversation with the air elemental. Unfortunately the discussion was misunderstood due to the dialectical differences of
Primordial languages. Tietun launched fire bolt at the glass sphere holding the air elemental that hit home in a spectacular
fashion and shattered the sphere. The air elemental also joined the ghosts in the offensive against the still acrobatic Tietun,
bringing him close to death as Torygg dropped the rope. Tietun received a vision in his near-death state from a shadow dragon,
instructing him to enter shadowfell using a portal nearby.

Untimely death
After a recovery that almost took twelve hours, Tietun and the party continued to explore the dungeon even further, defeating
all kinds of foul creatures and undead servitors. Another chamber was ahead and Tietun rushed forth, guided by his singular
vision to find this shadow dragon, only to be greeted by a pair of flaming skulls. As a last ditch attempt, Tietun created a dank
cloud of fog, but that didn't hide him from the arcane might of the undead, bringing about the death of Tietun. As he died, his body
sunk into the ground, melding with the shadows of the dungeon.

Return of the Shadow Dragonborn
Time passed and the dungeon was cleared by the government and the remaining mercenaries. There was no trace of the dragonborn
mercenary that perished inside, until a group of adventurers on a quest to stop an evil warrior from acquiring an army of fell metallic
suits of armour, powered by the fleeting fragments of souls that have died. This army was hidden on the other side of the shadowfell
portal near the Soul Forge. The first person to greet the adventurers to shadowfell was none other than Tietun, reborn by the magic
of the shadow dragon.

The circle is complete
The party furiously attacked the shadow dragon and Tietun dodged the sources of light for a while. After seeing that his old master
was vulnerable, he emerged from the shadows and drew first blood on the shadow dragon. The battle went on as the wounded dragon
flew around the chamber. The cleric of Pelor, Eleanor dropped the fell dragon with an indirect Fireball blast and a well placed Guided Bolt.
Nonetheless, now the party faced a northern barbarian, Jon Kivikäsi. To be continued.
